Returns & Exchanges
At Oak & Teak, our primary goal is ensuring our clients' satisfaction with their purchases.
For items available in stock, if you encounter any faults within three working days of purchase, please bring the item to our studio along with the original receipt. We are happy to facilitate an exchange or provide a credit note for future purchase.
- In the case of online purchases, if the received product is faulty, simply return it to us with proof of receipt. We are pleased to arrange an exchange at no additional delivery charge or issue a credit note.
For made-to-order items, changes cannot be made after production has commenced. Please note that made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
